A new Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel is coming to Traverse City, located in the downtown Warehouse District right next to the Hotel Indigo. Scheduled to open in 2026, the four-story, 110-room boutique hotel overlooks Grand Traverse Bay. Developed by the JS Capitol Group, the hotel features high-end, minimalist design elements and offers an array of luxury amenities.
